Case E:  The prosecution claimed that the defendant had a BAC of 0.14 from a contaminated blood test.  The jury acquitted.

Case B:  The government claimed that the Defendant refused a chemical test illegally and was operating a motor vehicle while drunk.  After a hung jury on impairment and the alleged refusal, the court dismissed the case.
Case C:  The Defendant had a commercial license, and was charged based on blatantly flawed blood evidence.  The jury fully acquitted.

Case A:  The government claimed that the Defendant’s BAC from a blood test was 0.17, more than twice the legal limit.  Many of the jurors understood that the evidence was flawed and came back hung.
Case B:  Defendant had an alleged 0.11 BAC from a breath test.  The jury hung and the case was dismissed as the judge also understood that the evidence was flawed.
